The "Tomorrow, Today" Journal
Tomorrow, Today: Daily Habit, Task Planning & Personal Affirmation Journal
Build healthy habits, create an intentional daily task list, keep to your plan & accomplish your goals!
Plan for tomorrow by starting today.
Build healthy habits into each day by wishing your tomorrow self well with an affirmation or hope for the day, and creating an intentional daily task list for you to accomplish tomorrow.
It's super simple to get started.
Today, reflect on went well or what went poorly. Allow for both the wins and the shortfalls.
Then, literally turn the page. Tomorrow is a new day. And you get another chance to reach all of your goals.
Use your hindsight to better yourself.
As you plan for tomorrow, bring a positive message to yourself with kind words and affirmations and write down a hope for yourself for just the next day. One day at a time.
Now start your task list. Write down all of the tasks and positive habits you expect to build into your day ahead.
This can include just the basics: shower, eat, or drink water. Start where you are. When you can accomplish those things for yourself consistently every day, add the next positive goal you want in your life.
If you are already super-productive and love lists and books, the "Tomorrow, Today" journal will offer an intentional place to keep yourself on track for the new project you want to incorporate into your day ahead.
Keep to your plan to accomplish your goals. Work through your list and stick to the plan that you made for yourself.
Every day offers a new opportunity to create the life you want. Today is the first day of the rest of your life.
~
Healthy habits do not come easy to everyone. The habits you've accumulated thus far do not need to dictate your future.
At the end of the day, instead of feeling bad about what you could have done, accept the day you had and work for a better day ahead, with all the hopes and positivity you can muster for your tomorrow.
Plan the day you wish you'd had, and tomorrow, make it happen to the best of your abilities.
~
I hope you find inspiration in the "Tomorrow, Today" journal. I created it for my own self and wanted to share. The cover art is also a creative project that I had done and incorporated here.
Thank you for reading!
